We conceptualize modular automotive testing facilities built around a backbone integrating power, data, climate, safety systems, and centralized control. Modular test benches dock into this core infrastructure on demand, ranging from component-level rigs to full-vehicle certification and homologation units. These scalable hubs also include on-site prototyping centers, allowing real-time vehicle iteration. The concept extends to encompass full-scale proving grounds with configurable test tracks for durability, dynamics, and high-speed validation, complemented by ADAS “smart city” environments for sensor and connectivity testing, and adjacent development offices. Together, these elements create a flagship facility where design, validation, and homologation converge within a single, future-proof site.
