Our Process
Phase 1: Concept Development
We shape investment-ready business and technical concepts by combining market analysis, business case modeling, early technical design, and premium visualizations. This phase ensures the project is positioned for funding, partnerships, and regulatory alignment, laying a solid foundation for investor engagement.
Phase 2: Feasibility & Basic / Detailed Engineering
Once investor interest is secured, we coordinate the development process — engaging technical partners, managing feasibility studies, and overseeing both basic and detailed engineering, including RFP preparation. At this stage, we also structure offtake agreements, align with public-sector programs, and prepare the project for execution. Our role is to lead and integrate all workstreams, moving the project from concept to a build-ready stage.
Phase 3: Detailed Engineering & Execution
In the final phase, we oversee the execution process on behalf of investors and public stakeholders. We facilitate collaboration among partners and support operational setup through go-live. While we don’t build or operate directly, we lead the process that enables successful delivery and long-term impact.
