Once an anchor investor is secured, we manage the project development process coordinating feasibility studies, basic and detailed engineering (carried out by technical partners), and preparing the project for execution. Our role is to lead, align, and structure the workstreams that turn a concept into a build-ready project.

In the final phase, we continue to manage the project on behalf of the investor and public-sector stakeholders overseeing execution progress, facilitating partner collaboration, and supporting operational setup through go-live. We don’t build or operate directly, we lead the process that makes delivery possible.
